By using Link33, LLC’s services, website, or text messaging service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Link33, LLC provides electrical installation, repair, and maintenance services, as well as gas-powered generator installations and maintenance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, and approved financing. Late payments may incur late fees as outlined in our invoice.

4. Liability

Link33, LLC will use reasonable care and skill in performing its services. However, Link33, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

6. Changes to Terms

Link33, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

SMS/MMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Link33, LLC (“Link33 Electric”) and opting in to receive text messages (for example, through a form on our website or by texting us), you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from Link33 Electric. These messages may include:

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
• Service updates, such as job status and technician arrival notifications.
• Responses to your customer support inquiries.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Link33 does not charge for the text messages you receive, but your mobile provider’s standard text messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel text messages at any time. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in reply to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may also opt out by emailing link33@link33.net. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Not all carriers may support our text messaging service.

Your Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that the number is accurate and current. If your number changes, you agree to notify us at link33@link33.net before the change takes effect.

Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have a wireless device capable of two-way text messaging with a participating carrier. Device compatibility and service availability may vary by carrier.

Privacy

Information collected through our text messaging service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to the Text Messaging Service

We may modify or discontinue our text messaging service at any time, with or without notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Link33, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your providing a telephone number that you do not own or are not authorized to use, or from your failure to notify us of a change to your telephone number.
